January 27, 2016 – Empire Rock Minerals Inc. (“Empire Rock”)(TSX.V-EPR) is pleased to announce the successful completion of its 2015 exploration program at its Buck Lake Platinum, Palladium, Nickel Project where exploration focused on outcrops exposed by recent logging operations and road building which greatly enhanced Empire Rock’s exploration efforts.
Numerous extensions of the Buck Lake intrusion to the northeast and a new mineralized area to the southwest that were previously covered by dense vegetation were exposed. Mapping and systematic sampling of new outcrops was conducted. Exploration results are expected before the summer exploration season of 2016.
Historical chip sampling of the pyroxenite breccia and gabbroic rocks rich in sulphides exposed by previous pit blasting at the Main Discovery Area returned up to 31.6 grams per ton palladium, 2.82 grams per ton platinum, 1.53% copper and 9.96% nickel in prior exploration.

Empire Rock is a Canadian exploration and development company whose principal assets are the Buck Lake Platinum, Palladium, Nickel Project situated 25 kilometers west of North American Palladium Corp.’s Lac des Iles mine near Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
